Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using TipLeaks. By using the platform you accept these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TipLeaks ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and signal providers.
2. Description of Service
TipLeaks is a financial intelligence platform that connects subscribers with verified independent market analysts (signal providers), publishes market research, and provides a prediction market game (Market Pulse). The platform is for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on TipLeaks constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. All signals, analysis, and content are provided for informational purposes only. Trading financial instruments carries significant risk, including the loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. TipLeaks, its team, and its signal providers are not liable for any losses you incur.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
TipLeaks offers subscription plans (Weekly and Monthly) processed via Paystack or NOWPayments. Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law. TipLeaks reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Signal Providers
Signal providers are independent analysts, not employees or agents of TipLeaks. Their signals represent personal analysis and do not constitute financial advice. TipLeaks publishes provider track records as accurately as technically possible but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any signals. Past performance of any signal provider is not a guarantee of future results.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to redistribute, resell, or share paid platform content outside of your personal use. You agree not to use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform. You agree not to impersonate other users, signal providers, or TipLeaks staff. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on TipLeaks, including the Intelligence Library volumes, platform design, trade signal data, and editorial content, is the intellectual property of TipLeaks or its respective creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipLeaks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
